Delivering the New PR in Manchester
The group was back in town -- this time in Manchester -- to talk about blogging, podcasting and network building to a group of about 100 PR people at the Lancashire County Cricket Club! Here's a photo of us near the pitch.
The best part about the event was getting a chance to see Tom, Neville, Stuart, Philip, and Chris again. Chris Rushton (the tall gentleman to my left) is the head of the University of Sunderland's Journalism and PR dept. The U of S was the organizer of this event. The same group will come together for our next event on May 12 in London (location TBD - Wembly Stadium anyone?).
Three of us are getting ready to head to the New Communications Forum in a week or so: Neville, Philip, and moi. I have some specially discounted tix for that; if you are interested, please drop me a line.

Pity I couldn't make it, but I have already marked May 12 2007 in my agenda. Wembley is probably a bit too optimistic, but I'll bet you lot should be able to attract quite a crowd. Btw: who's the guy standing between Tom and Stuart? Yes, I know: I have a curious nature...

I wish you could have been there Serge - but I am glad you are coming to London!
The other person in the photo is Paul Miller of Romeike, who was a sponsor of the event.
